I am so excited to share the recipe of one of my favourite snacks and literally, I can write pages and pages just to share my love for this food i.e. the Crab fries. It is so delicious that I can never get enough of it. Either it’s birthday party or hanging out in the bars or club with the besties, Crab fries is always the show stopper.

These crab fries are simple to make at home and yet so yummy. Crab fries compliments almost every dish served in any event. The recipe, I am going to share is so easy to make and it turns out too good and perfect every time you make it.

So, lets get started with the recipe:

  • Crinkle cut French fries( either freshly cut or frozen)
  • Old Bay seasoning

Method:

Either you fry the fries or you bake it, it is up to your choice but make sure that those are golden brown and crispy. If you are baking it , you can spray a bit of oil before you put them in a tray for baking. Once the fries are ready, put them in the bowl and toss them with the Old Bay seasoning. The quantity of seasoning depends on how much you like it. Adjust it according to your taste. Those are even more tasty when you serve them with the cheese sauce.

CHEESE SAUCE!!!!!I am sure that you must be drooling now after reading the combo of Crab fries with the cheese sauce. You can make this amazing sauce with the easy and quick recipe:

  • 1 tsp of butter
  • 1 tsp of grated garlic
  • 1 tsp of flour
  • A cup of milk
  • Salt and pepper according to your taste
  • Hot sauce
  • Cheese of your choice( I love to use Cheddar cheese for the excellent texture)

Instructions:

Take a non-stick frying pan to fry the grated garlic in the butter. Let it gets golden and the aroma of fried garlic spread into your kitchen. Add flour in the pan and mix it until it gets even. Add milk in the pan and bring it to the boil. Stir the mixture until the milk thickness is up to your desired results.

Add salt and pepper according to your taste. Add hot sauce in the sauce to give it a nice flavour. At last, add the cheese and let it gets melted and homogeneous. Serve it in the serving cup with shimmering hot fries and enjoy till the last bite.

Some people and restaurants are playing with their ingredients to capture the taste buds of maximum customers and to give them an extensive variety. E.g. they top the Crab fries with cheese, garlic yogurt dip and shredded crab meat. So let me share their secret yogurt sauce recipe too so you can enjoy restaurant style Crab fries at home.

To make garlic yogurt dip simply add the crushed garlic in yogurts and cream, add salt pepper, chives and mix it. You dip is ready.

Now its the time to assemble your finger licking good fries. Spread the fries into your desired plate and top it with the cheese (should be melted on the fries), add yogurt dip sauce and last not the least, the shredded crab. Serve it with the cheese dip and enjoy the tastiest Crab fries ever!

Trust me investment of your single moment in the kitchen for making these fries is worthy.

Enjoy your party J

What to Do If you Chip or Damage your Teeth

In life, there are various situations where you can inadvertently chip or break a tooth. You could end up doing it through tipping a wine glass in such a way that it nicks a front tooth. Alternatively, the culprit could be ice – whether you slip up on it or crunch it in cubes in your mouth.

That’s far from an exhaustive list of the possible causes – and, besides, the crucial question is surely how you react to the problem. Here are some useful steps – follow them as soon as possible…

What should you do immediately afterwards?

In some cases, you might quickly recognise when your teeth have incurred damage. For example, even when biting ice or a sweet, you might feel something strangely resilient in your mouth; that could be a fragment of a broken tooth.

However, if you simply suffer chipping that isn’t to your front teeth, you might not detect the problem so fast. Healthline outlines several symptoms of a chipped tooth; watch out, for example, if your tongue feels a jagged surface upon running along your teeth.

If the damage is causing you severe pain and adversely affecting your eating and sleeping to a large degree, this is an emergency. Therefore, it would be urgent for you to contact a dental practice which can help. Ten Dental is one example of a practice which can act on dental emergencies at London locations including Balham, Clapham and Wandsworth.

Even if you’re not picking up “emergency” vibes, you should still not take longer than minutes to book an appointment with your dentist. A chipped tooth is a weakened tooth – and, thus, vulnerable to worsening. Still, how should you look after that damaged tooth?

Self-care tips for chipped teeth

Okay, so you’ve scheduled that appointment with the doctor or dentist. How should you preserve your teeth while you wait? If the teeth are painful, use an over-the-counter pain reliever like acetaminophen, WebMD advises. Use salt water to rinse your mouth.

Has the break left a sharp or jagged edge? If so, conceal it with some wax paraffin or sugarless chewing gum. Otherwise, that edge could cut your tongue or the inside of your cheek or lip. If you need to eat before the appointment, stick to soft foods and resist biting down on the problem teeth.

What treatment would be available for your teeth?

Chip Tooth Treatment

Once your dentist has assessed the nature and extent of the damage, they can recommend a good course of treatment for you. For example, if only a small piece of tooth enamel has been chipped off, your dentist might advocate a filling.

If the damage is visible when you smile, bonding or veneers might instead be recommended. The former sees composite resin applied over the damage, whereas the latter attaches a thin shell of material over the tooth’s entire front. Your dentist can talk you through these options and so help you to discern which of them would best suit your specific needs and wants.
